swellmomma Posted June 16, 2012 Share Posted June 16, 2012 Conversation overheard in my house ds8: "that's it you can't be part of my game" (towards dd4) dd12: you don't even have a game ds8: right now...but I will soon, when I think of one and then she can't be part of it dd4:I'm telling you won't let me be in the game dd12: He doesn't even have a game there is nothing to tattle for ds8: stop talking and let me think of a game so I can tell her she can't play dd4: You can't come to my birthday party anymore (her birthday is in mid september) ds8: fine you can't come to mine dd4: MOM!!!!! he won't let me come to his birthday and play the game dd12: he doesn't even have a game ds8: I will if the girls stop talking! Well, she did not ask nicely, so he ignored. "GET ME AN OTTER POP OR I'LL TURN ON THE SCIENCE SHOW!" He jumped up and said ok fine! He is a VERY sensitive viewer, and is very nervous about new screen shows until *I* watch it and then with him. She knows this, so we had a little chat of course. Ds8 is the shop keeper and dd4 wants to buy a gun. She came to me with a piece of paper she had scribbled on and asked if it was spelled right for her license. what the heck ever happened to playing house or school??
