Today so far: 5K training. Love couch to 5K!

 

And while I was out running, I checked my mailbox--got two new running books that I had ordered! yippeeee! Started reading one of them during my cool down walk :D

 

Isn't c25k awesome? I first heard about it here, did it in fall 2010, and haven't stopped running . . . It is such a super program!

 

What day/week are you at? HAPPY RUNNING!
