The little folk (fairies) cast bad luck spells on anyone who has their tree up after Jan 6th. So they say. natalie Posted January 18, 2012 Share Posted January 18, 2012 My dc have decided we should have a Valentine's tree, Easter tree, 4th of July tree, Halloween tree, and Thanksgiving tree, as well as a Christmas tree. :glare: As tempting as it is to not have to take it down (obviously it's an artificial tree!), I think I would go batty having to look at it year round! Besides, I really, really need the floor space back. I'm thinking it's coming down this weekend. [Or else maybe I'll cave and let them keep it up for Valentine's. I need DH to get the boxes out of the attic so I can pack it up during the day when he's at work, then he can put everything in the attic one evening when he's home.
