when did you first feel your baby move?

Okay....I am only 8 weeks....but I know that I am feeling the baby move!!! This is my third baby. I have to be sitting in a certain position to feel it. I first felt it last night :) it made my Christmas!

Nice! I don't think I felt movement until around 12 weeks.

I'm no help- with dd, I didn't feel her move until 24 weeks.

That's awesome! I think I was 9-10 weeks with my youngest. I was lying on my stomach, going to sleep.

Good question. Wish I knew. With my first and second it was early (second trimester-ish, I believe).

 

I am anxious to feel this one. I had some major, necessary, dental work done recently, under the supervision of two dentists AND my OBGYN; but I'm on some heavy duty post-op meds and it worries me that I can't yet feel the baby move. First thing I'm doing when I get back to town is going in to request the nurse listen to the baby's heartbeat. I'm a wreck right now.

With my first I think I was about 22 weeks. Then with my second I was 10 or 12 weeks. I was so surprised but I knew what I was feeling.

With this one (my fifth) I felt movement about nine weeks. I mentioned it to my doctor at the next appointment, and he just said, "well, you've had plenty of experience, so you would know!" :lol:

 

So, I totally believe that you can feel something really early! And who can prove you wrong? ;)
