Quiver0f10
I was sititng here checking my email and behind me I heard a loud cracking noise. I figured one of the kids dropped something, but my 13 yo yelled that she say a big flash. I look and my darling 3 yo had stuck a thin metal wire into a plug outlet. :ack2: The outlet and the plug that was plugged in are both black. This kid is going to be the death of me. genie
Jeepers! I guess if grey hairs are the worst that happened, you came out lucky! How scary!
Elisabeth in IL
I'm glad that he wasn't injured. I too have a 3 year old ds who gets into so much more trouble then his older brothers ever did. I have to keep him on a short leash.
Remudamom
Good grief. Get a straight jacket for the kid and a Mike's for you.
elegantlion
And that would be your cardio workout for the day as well. I did that as a kid, my choice was a metal necklace put on the end of a light plug, then I plugged it in. Similar effect. Glad everyone is okay. My DS thought that outlet protectors were "fun toys put in walls for babies", so we actually removed them all so he wouldn't PLAY with the outlets so much. (He could get his razor-sharp infant fingernails behind them an pull well before he turned one.) We had a small incident when he was two, but thank goodness he didn't get hurt. Quiver0f10
I wonder what was going through his little mind LOL. We had a child cut a plugged in cord when he was younger and I thought that was bad enough.
