Cindyg
I'm in a condo at the beach. I have frozen meatballs that I want to use up. I can get to a deli and a grocery store. I have a kitchen facilities, etc. I don't want any left overs. We've already had spaghetti and meatballs and we've already had meatball sandwiches. What should we have next? RanchGirl
Sweet and sour meatballs are yummy and a nice change of pace from spaghetti: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/lanas-sweet-and-sour-meatballs/Detail.aspx
KristinaBreece
We like meatballs in the slow cooker with pineapple & sweet & sour dressing over them. Serve with noodles or rice or on sandwiches. ETA: Not like Sweet N Sour Sauce, but this: Marzetti Sweet N Sour Dressing Edited June 2, 2011 by KristinaBreece

TeenagerMom
Ok, that's funny. 3 of us with basically the SAME suggestion:).
Once
Alfredo sauce....is that different enough. If you are not a purist you could eat them as a side appetizer with a salad. Maybe add a few things and make an antipesto plate. I have put meatballs on pizza before...just cut them in half and add veggies and cheese. In The Great White North
We make a BarBQ sauce out of ketchup, mustard, onion powder and brown sugar and cook them with it in the crock pot. (Add some water if you're leaving them long.
EJCMom
I would make sweet and sour meatballs over mashed potatoes. :drool5:
Belacqua
Maybe some kind of stroganoff? I'd put it over noodles, but if you're tired of pasta you could use baked potatoes or rice.

Classical Country Mama
OK, I'm 5 minutes too late... but I love going Asian with meatballs. After defrosting them, fry them up with onions and teriyaki sauce (and other veggies if you want--snow peas, julienned carrots etc), and serve over rice. mmmm.... OLG
Sloppy Joe's if you smash them up ;) I like the idea of stroganoff (with egg noodles)!

Cindyg
OK, here's what we went with: the frozen meatballs, a bottle of sweet and sour sauce, a frozen package of rice and Asian veggies, and a can of diced water chestnuts. Brilliant! (Can't say how it tasted yet because we're eating it for lunch tomorrow.)
