Heather in VA Posted April 15, 2011 Share Posted April 15, 2011 She leaves today for 8 days in Haiti. She's going with a medical missions group. She hopes to be a missionary nurse some day and is looking forward to her first experience in this kind of environment, helping the surgical team they are taking with them, ministering to the children etc. She is excited and nervous. And he's leaving again to go back in a week and a half to take back the boy they have been hosting for surgeries. She will be forever changed.
