Garga Posted April 15, 2011 Share Posted April 15, 2011 Anyone else going to be at the Frederick Mache curric fair this evening? I'm like a kid getting ready for Disneyland! I've been nervous/excited about it for days. It's not a convention, since there aren't speakers. It's just a whole slew of vendors (big names and little names and a few used tables) and I should be able to get everything I need. (Sotw, BJU science, MUS, etc.) But I'm a bundle of excited nerves right now. What if I don't find everything I need? (I'll just order it online, but still--I want to find it at the fair!) What if I see something used and I reach to grab it, but someone grabs it first (like last year)? What if I get lost on the way and my GPS directs me wrong? I'll be totally lost, as I am not familiar with the area. Getting ready is a BIG EVENT for me. As soon as I log off from here, I'm going to get everything ready. I have a gigantic list, including things like finding a suitcase and printing out extra directions in case my GPS suddenly dies on the way there. It's like preparing for a military invasion! If I don't get everything ready RIGHT NOW, I think my head will pop. I can't focus on anything else till I'm all prepared to go. Margo out of lurking Posted April 15, 2011 Share Posted April 15, 2011 Your enthusiasm is contagious! The only thing I'd suggest is to Google map out your location just.in.case your GPS fails.
