Mommy22alyns
If you use or have used Spelling Power, do/did you also use the Activity Cards? I'm trying to decide if they're worth the $$.

amandajh
I bought them, but do not use them. We do fine just using the book and study method.

ladydusk
I was given them but haven't implemented yet. We've just gotten started, though.
kim.4dogs
Someone loaned them to me, and while they look good, I haven't done anything with them yet. (And I've had them for years.)

TKDmom
I hardly even use the free ones that are included on the CD.

abbeyej
All you need is the book and a blank notebook. Really.
TKDmom
There's a CD?! :w00t: If you buy the 4th edition, you get a CD and DVD. The CD has some printables that previous editions included in the back of the book--notebook pages, some activity cards, etc. It also has some software--but I never understood its purpose. The DVD has the author demonstrating how to use the program. It's really not all that exciting. ;)
tonersl
I bought them and found them to be boring, tedious and not worth the extra effort. Only invest in the book with the instructions and lists, notebook paper for the kids to write their words on and photocopy many copies of the study sheets for each child.
