wy_kid_wrangler04
I am looking at starting my dd in spanish next year. She will be in 8th grade. Any advice?
elegantlion
I've been intrigued by Breaking the barrier, tobreak.com. I have the workbook and like the layout. I plan on using it for my own self-ed. I've heard some say it moves too quickly. I like that there are three levels and it's relatively inexpensive compared to something like Rosetta Stone. HollyDay
We chose Fluenz for spanish this year. It is an interactive computer program but not like rosetta stone. We like it. It is fun and quite interactive. You need to type the spanish lesson and it will not let you pass if you miss anything.
Cindyg
Visual Link Spanish gets good reviews here. We haven't tried it yet, so I can't actually recommend it. It's also a computer program and also not like Rosetta Stone.
Mom0012
I'm using La Clase Divertida, which would be too young for your child, but I do know the same company is now offering online classes at the high school level. I've been happy enough with the first level of La Clase Divertida to buy the next two levels and will be considering the online classes when my kids are old enough.
