Happy Hanukkah!

Recommended Posts

Even though we aren't Jewish, we've been celebrating Hanukkah as a family for many years. We keep it simple but have a good time together. Basically, I throw a roast in the crock pot, we buy sour cream and a large jar of applesauce for condiments, and make a TON of potato latkes. We make one batch of regular russet potato latkes, and then make a sweet potato batch with cinnamon honey...:drool5:. After we're completely falling in the floor from too much eating LOL, we watch the first half of Fiddler On The Roof. Just sweet times!

ETA: Here is a nice site with a lot of free Hanukkah videos: http://www.chabad.org/multimedia/media_cdo/aid/218973/jewish/Chanukah-Videos.htm
