Shelly in IL
Ok, yesterday, I just woke up mad at my husband. For really no reason - I mean I could invent reasons - which I did, but he did nothing to me. I was really b%tchy to him, and quiet/sad all day. He is a good man, didn't ask for it, etc. Today it is like the light switch is thrown the other way- I am embarassed of my behavior and am not mad or sad at all. This is craziness!! jplain
Oh sure. I'm finding that I'm randomly having really bad days. I can identify triggers, like being too busy, but my reaction to the environment is becoming more extreme. Usually when I wake up mad at someone it is because I was mad at them in my dream. Maybe you forgot the dream, but the anger lingered? :tongue_smilie:

love2read
The was one of the things I experienced at the beginning, also insomnia. I would wake in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep.
kewb
It is certainly one of my symptoms. My kids go around saying "Watch out, the momster is here." But, back to you, it could be perimenopause it could be you had a dream. I have woken up angry at dh for something he did in a dream. alpidarkomama
Yep. Sounds familiar. I also get a faint nausea around ovulation time until my period comes. Bleah. I was on low-hormone birth control pills and that alleviated ALL of my symptoms. Prescription expired though. Gotta go back to the doctor and renew it. KrissiK
Sounds like me. I have been having increasing irritability that is definitely hormonal. I'm not sure if it's exactly "night sweats", but I do sleep a lot warmer at night than I have been. I'm 43, so I guess I'm right at that age.
