HollyDay
I've been so tired lately. Ever since swimming season ended actually. Could my Vitamin D levels be dropping? Mid afternoon fatigue is just no fun.......
Tammyla
I'd try upping the vit. D and getting fresh air and sunshine if possible. Hope you find some relief soon.
MissKNG
As a vegetarian, when I start feeling fatigue I take an iron supplement.

Jen in PA
I grab a 15 - 20 minute nap many days of the week. It makes a huge difference!
LizzyBee
Cut sugar out of your diet. It makes a huge difference for me.
HollyDay
I'm going back to lifting weights today. I'm starting a vit D today. I've made some major changes to diet this week in an effort to help beat the fatigue by cutting processed sugar and salt. I just wonder if I'm missing something...... I know I miss swimming! Mom in High Heels
Iron! I am anemic, so it's very important to me, but fatigue can settle in if you have low iron. Try an iron supplement and see if that helps. Good luck!
