amyable
This is what we have. It doesn't say it's wood, but it's a wood "look" and may really be wood (although it feels plastic-y to me ) They have another, smaller board that says it's wooden framed, here. The frame on the wooden framed one looks just like the frame on mine, from the picture. ;)

What a great looking chalkboard. My husband is very handy and I bet he could make it, too. Thank you for the responses! :001_smile:

My husband is very handy and I bet he could make it, too. Thank you for the responses! :001_smile: We just bought a piece of plywood - about a 1/4 inch - I primed it and painted it with a couple (2 or 3) coats of chalkboard paint, we just screwed it up to the wall and "framed" it with molding - the squares in the corners came from Lowes on the molding aisle. I love it! I am glad I decided not to paint it on the wall since I've already moved it one :) Hey Homebychoice--just have to say we have dd's of the same name! lol (MH) Mine just goes by M. Sweet! I just love the name :) Lots of people just call mine by the H, but we like both names.

milovany
For ready-made, removable chalk vinyl that can be put on a wall, these are pretty cool. More designs are expected after Jan. 6.
