Making Jam - Flop can I save it??

Hmm. the last time I made jam, the pectin had directions for what to do if it didn't set. But I don't remember what it said, so I'm not much help. I'd compare how much sugar and pectin I added compared to what should have been added, add more of whatever it needs and try it again. I don't think it should matter what kind of pectin you used, except that the different types need different ratios of ingredients. Does that make any sense? If all else fails, I'm sure it would taste good on pancakes. :001_smile:
