kalanamak
I heard cell phones, texting, etc was down. They don't want people to be able to "organize". Moments like this I feel very lucky to live where I live....

Loupelou
Extremely disturbing! I too am very grateful to be in this country. I applaud those brave enough to stand up and fight for their freedoms.

yvonne
A few weeks ago, I stumbled across the blog of an Iranian man who blogs & texts in English. He's said that the government is blocking/trying to block a lot of communication methods. He's not a journalist, just a regular person hoping and acting for reform in Iran. I've found it interesting to hear directly from someone in Iran, without all the news filtering and political spin. His posts have been just fascinating. And so frightening and sad. I cannot imagine living somewhere where freedom is such a constant struggle. yvonne Edited June 17, 2009 by yvonne
