We have birthdays just about every month LOL. Our anniversary was Saturday and other than that we don't have anything big coming up.

Do you have canned pumpkin? Mix one chocolate cake mix with one can pumpkin. No water, eggs oil etc. It will be very thick. Spoon it into a lighly greased 9X13 and bake for 20 min. Nice, near fat free brownies that are very yummy! :D

We are in the same situation where we need more income but DH doesn't want to/can't take a second job. He also doesn't want me working outside the house, other than when I have a new house to clean, which is a 2-3 day event every 6-8 weeks. I have prayed over it, talked to my DH and I am submitting. My DH knows our financial situtation and as the head of our house, it's in his hands. I know you have cut corners already and my only suggestion is to see what you can do to save and be frugal while at home. I know how frustrating and scary this can be :grouphug:

DH works full time and I clean new construction houses. It has worked out to a house @ every 6- 8 weeks, so it's not overwhelming and it pays well. I also clean one house every other week right now, but I don't really want more regular houses as I prefer new construction.

I have never used TVP before and wanted to make a meatloaf using it. Do I need to do anything special or can I use it the same as hamburger? Thanks!
