    In our area they have been discouraging Juliette scouts unless it is a case of illness. I guess they really want girls in troops. That said, a friend of mine had a dd with a severe illness and it was perfect for her.

    I generally assign work for a bad attitude or a lack of obedience though I have never really focused on obedience too much and it has never been much of an issue.

    Eek. I live in VA and some reports are saying it could hit here now. I am inland about 90 miles but we still get winds and flooding or at least we did with Isabelle. I have said a prayer that your house and family will be fine.

    I am a long time SL user. I have loved it for ten years. That said I have never been able to make their LA work. I have never used PAL so I can't speak to that.

    How many movies show at a time in your theater? I love having lots of choices where I live but this sounds quaint and small townish in a cool way.

    I'd say it is true for most people if you include the outside classes and extracurriculars than many people do.

    No but school shootings were unheard of when I went to school. I remember the first time I heard of one I was absolutely stunned. It still is awful of course, but that first time really turned me on my head.

    Exactly my thinking. I knew it wasn't a big deal but I knew it would bug me too much to eat my lunch.

    Ack! Typo in the poll. Sorry about that. I poured out the water. I TRIED to convince myself that the water was boiling and it wouldn't matter anyway but I knew I would not be able to enjoy my lunch.

    If you put a pot of water on the stove to boil and when you returned to place the pasta in the boiling water you found that a moth had fallen in would you a) pour out the water and start over or b) pull out the moth and put in your pasta Poll coming

    Yes, a friend of mine is a EMT near Mineral. I know that there was damage there but for the rest of us it was scary but no damage.

    Once in a blue moon my dh will get a ticket, probably less than once a year. My mother always gives me 5 scratch offs in my Christmas stocking.
