Here's what I use: 1 cup evaporated milk = 3/4 cup lowfat milk + 3 Tbsp butter -

I use mine often for grilled cheese sandwiches, bacon, and sausage patties. Clean up isn't too bad if I wipe it with a damp cloth while the grill is still warm.
