  1. The thing with web design is that there's so many softwares and services available to people right now that allows them to build a website even without knowing how to code. There are multiple website builders for that as well. I am not a tech whiz and I don't know any coding language but I was still able to create a free website at https://hpage.com which is a website builder and I have been creating my websites with them for years now. All I had to do is pick out a web design from their platform and add in additional content and make some changes a bit. If she's really into web design, I suggest, she can do it as a side hustle. If coding interests her, the money making skills in coding lies in backend development such as learning PHP, Java, etc.
  2. Interesting study. Someone could do a follow up research on that.
  3. Congratulations to her! Glad to know she's doing well despite Dyslexia.
  4. Yes, I would also recommend this. It's also pretty affordable and doesn't tie you down in case you don't like the program.
  5. Thanks for the advice. Yeah, I am starting on DuoLingo but because of work stuff, I am not able to practice daily. Maybe an hour a day only and sometimes not at all. Anyway, I also bought a German book so I can maybe read and do exercises when I commute. Wish me luck!!
  6. Tales of Ancient Egypt by Roger Lancelyn Green is a good one.
  7. I have been told that the second language is built upon the literacy of the first language. But as a bilingual myself, I learned both at the same time with an equal pace and learning. Turned out fine.
  8. Thanks. This is very helpful. How any hours do you learn German a day?
  9. Did they already learn German before or are they learning German through the Netflix movies? I wanna learn German too but I am a super beginner. I don't really know where to start besides DuoLingo and I don't have anyone to practice German with!
