christielee7278
I'm thinking Biblioplan would be a bit much for my boys, although I personally LOVE what I've seen of it. Any other ideas for history that have more biblical ties than SOTW?? We will be studying ancient times. Thank you!!!
christielee7278
Tell me...what do you think about Diana Waring Ancient Civilizations and the Bible schedule? Thanks
Melissa in CA
Tapestry of Grace Y1 has had a TON of biblical history!! In fact, some weeks my sons only history book has been the bible. Good stuff to be sure. ;)
Lisa in the UP of MI
I'm guessing that you are Catholic after looking at your blog. Have you seen Connecting with History? It is a 4-year Catholic history sequence. I think they are almost done with the second year, but since you need ancient history that would be okay. hmschooling
Heart of Dakota now has their new Ancients package all ready and it is FABULOUS! Very much tied to the Bible and uses lots of incredible resources (including some I'm sure others will recommend on here) except they are all combined to flow together and planned out for you! elegantlion
Mystery of History has a lot of biblical history in volume 1.
lionfamily1999
Memoria Press has one we've been looking at. It's a little pricey (for me), but it sounds really good. MemoriaPress.com :)
kidsnbooks8
I know it was already mentioned, but we enjoyed Mystery of History 1.
dhudson
MFW's Creation to the Greeks. Celebrating the Jewish feasts is great!
Lovedtodeath
Which of these would be similar in work load and ease of use to History Oddysey? I was wondering about the Diane Warring books too. I just love a convenient high-jack! Don't you?
