Momof4sweetkids
I'd like to switch my 1st grade dd from handwriting curriculum to simple copywork in a workbook form where I don't have to think of or write out the sentences for her. We tried Draw Write Now but she feels like she has to do the drawing and gets frustrated when it doesn't look like the example. Bible verses included would be a plus but not a must. BusyMom5
McRuffy Handwriting, but its crazy expensive with their shipping. I just pay it and try not to think about the cost bc its my favorite. Been using it for about 8 years now.
countrymum
Simply Charlotte mason a child's Copybook Reader maybe it comes in dnealian or zaner bloser https://simplycharlottemason.com/store/a-childs-copybook-reader/ Memoria press sells copybooks along with their K, 1, and 2 grades. Ignore the grades on the front IMHO. My kindergarten kids at least would not thrive with the kindergarten one;)

Green Bean
Memoria Press Copybook 1. The others switch over to the New American Cursive font. FYI: I’m making my own using an MP Blank Composition Bk 2 for my guy in our UK writing. Edited February 3, 2023 by Green Bean

I love their books, but could not do the costs. Kudos to you!
Momof4sweetkids
Thanks everyone! Memorial press and Simply Charlotte Mason both look what I was thinking of. Mcruffy looks great but $$$!
historically accurate
Isn't Writing With Ease mostly copywork in the first workbook? It's been a few years since I saw it though.
wisdomandtreasures
Classical Copywork has books using McGuffey's Primer, Aesop for Children, and Patriotic quotes and songs.
