Man I don't know if my tailbone never fully healed or if that's normal after a long car ride, but I was sore. I think I'll bring my donut pillow next time. 

I did not stop for fast food on the drive. When I got to town I ate a bowl of oatmeal and a banana. Today I went on a walk roughly 4k according to my cell phone. Had to end it to get back on the computer to handle an email. Have been standing on my slant board more lately to stretch my calves. I brought my slant board with me and my night splints I sleep with on. 

I brought my resistance bands, too. I'll do that later. Gotta do other things now.
