Muesli with soybeans, blueberries, strawberries, nectarine, guava, pineapple, plum, apple, kiwi, pomegranate, mulberries, goji berries, goldenberries, walnuts, pistachios, flax, chia, hemp, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, walnut milk. Lunch - Big bowl of greens (kale, baby bok choy, spinach, chard). Roasted eggplant sandwich on lavash flatbread with cashew mayo, mustard, tomato, scallions, edamame. Dinner - Repeat of last night. Muesli with soybeans, ayocote morado beans, strawberries, blueberries, banana, kiwi, guava, apple, mulberries, goji berries, goldenberries, pomegranate, walnuts, flax, chia, hemp, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, walnut milk. Lunch - Big bowl of greens (lettuces, spinach, baby bok choy). Roasted eggplant sandwich on lavash flatbread with cashew mayo, sesame peanut dressing, tomato, scallions. Dinner - Steamed artichoke. Muesli with Dominican beans, banana, guava, apple, kiwi, pomegranate, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, flax, chia, hemp, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, walnut milk. Lunch - Kale, spinach, chard, baby bok choy. Roasted mushroom sandwich on lavash flatbread with cashew mayo, mustard, scallions, tomato, cucumber. Dinner - BBQ tofu with mustard and pickles.
