Monday - 

Breakfast - A lemon poppyseed WellBean bar while Running errands. Then my usual mixed microgreens with watercress. Muesli with soybeans, blueberries, strawberries, nectarine, guava, pineapple, plum, apple, kiwi, pomegranate, mulberries, goji berries, goldenberries, walnuts, pistachios, flax, chia, hemp, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, walnut milk.

Lunch - Big bowl of greens (kale, baby bok choy, spinach, chard). Roasted eggplant sandwich on lavash flatbread with cashew mayo, mustard, tomato, scallions, edamame.

Dinner - Repeat of last night. Steamed artichoke, chickpea mushroom shawarma soup, and quinoa flatbread.

Tuesday - 

Breakfast - Mixed microgreens and watercress. Muesli with soybeans, ayocote morado beans, strawberries, blueberries, banana, kiwi, guava, apple, mulberries, goji berries, goldenberries, pomegranate, walnuts, flax, chia, hemp, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, walnut milk.

Lunch - Big bowl of greens (lettuces, spinach, baby bok choy). Roasted eggplant sandwich on lavash flatbread with cashew mayo, sesame peanut dressing, tomato, scallions.

Dinner - Steamed artichoke. Brown rice with lentils, chickpeas, baked tofu, stir fry veggies, cashew Alfredo sauce. Toasted whole wheat pita.

Tuesday-

breakfast- keto blueberry cinnamon nut granola, coconut yogurt, bone broth

lunch- scrambled eggs with mushrooms, onions and mixed greens;  1/2 flaxseed muffin, goat cheese, mango slices 

snack- chocolate squares with cherries 

dinner- Filipino pork adobo with onions, carrots , green beans, yellow grape tomatoes 

hard boiled eggs 

4th rainbow

Wednesday - 

Breakfast - Lemon poppyseed WellBean bar before an early AM appointment. Then mixed microgreens and watercress. Muesli with Dominican beans, banana, guava, apple, kiwi, pomegranate, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, flax, chia, hemp, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, walnut milk.

Lunch - Kale, spinach, chard, baby bok choy. Roasted mushroom sandwich on lavash flatbread with cashew mayo, mustard, scallions, tomato, cucumber.

Dinner - BBQ tofu with mustard and pickles. Yukon Gold oven fries. Broccoli and cauliflower.

Wednesday
