Starr Posted December 10, 2021 Posted December 10, 2021 I remember folks recommending a good kitchen knife sharpener but I can't find the thread. It's been requested for Christmas. I'm a little behind in the shopping department. Thanks! Quote
gardenmom5 Posted December 10, 2021 Posted December 10, 2021 Chef's choice. Dh loves his, has upgraded, gives them as wedding gifts. He takes knives seriously. 1 Quote

You almost can't go wrong. it will depend what type of knives you have and the size of your budget. Only our bread knife is serrated - so we don't need one for that. 1 Quote
***** Posted December 11, 2021 Posted December 11, 2021 I will have more feedback after Christmas on this one I ordered: https://anysharpusa.com/store/AnySharp-Pro-Sharpener-p95026723 It was half-off on either 'Deals and Steals' on GMA or the Today Show, so I decided to get one for a stocking stuffer. Even though we have electric knife sharpeners, I notice they don't get used much. I am hoping this will be good enough to grab and use on the fly when needed. If anyone has had experience with this one, please pipe in! Quote
KungFuPanda Posted December 11, 2021 Posted December 11, 2021 I like the stainless steel rod type sharpener from Henckles. I've had it forever, it works, and it's easy to store Quote
