Top bound quad paper notebooks?

Recommended Posts

We found some of these by 5-Star/ Mead a few year ago at Target during back to school. They don't seem to really exist anymore. We've plodded along with random off-brand ones we've picked up clearance... but we're down to $4-$7 for 70 sheets on Amazon.

Would I be crazy to just take a stack of graph paper to Staples and have it spiral bound? I already have lots of graph paper so...$3 for around 100 pages. Seems like a lot of work for a marginal gain.

Am I missing some store that has these as a regular thing? I think she'd be fine with top bound lined notebooks at this point.

Since they aren't in stock for shipping on the Target website, if you aren't close to a Target that has them in stock, here's a super random site that seems to have them for shipping

https://www.ramrockschoolsupplies.com/products/five-star-graph-ruled-notebook-1-subject-11071

I think what you want to google if you want to see if any other sites have them, is the term "graph ruled" because Five Star calls it that rather than calling it quad paper.

Yes! ETA... except that it shows up as available at a store I already checked. Hmm. I'll be by another one tomorrow. I'll give it another try.

Have you tried getting it online?  That's how I have gotten all of our quad ruled stuff for years.

Did you ask an employee to check back stock? At Target, when something is showing in stock in the app and you can't find it, sometimes it's the delay between someone just buying it and updating online, but I've had times when that happened and I showed it to an employee and they were able to look it up in their internal system and find it in the backstock or some other spot in the store.

I will ask this time!

This is weirdly the one thing dd is really particular about for school supplies. Otherwise, she kind of just gathers up whatever random art supplies/ pencils/ notebooks we have around. To be fair... we have a lot of that stuff at our house, lol.

Target staff told us their online inventory is updated about every 4hrs. We sometimes call the store before driving there to see if there is any stock left. They were kind enough to hold a TI84 plus on sale for us a few years ago when we needed two and ended up buying the last one at two Target stores.
