I'm giving myself a day off from formal leg/arm exercises today in favor of doing some packing in my home office. The weather is supposed to get increasingly iffy as the day progresses, so not sure what the second walk will look like, but I'll either get outside or do a walk-along video later this evening.' I hope to do some relaxation based pilates before bed. Super busy week-end...I'm off-track movement-wise.
