chocolate-chip chooky
My 14yr old daughter loves to read non-fiction in her spare time. She's keen on psychology, anthropology and music psychology. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you 🌻
El...
My 13yo dd recommends Brain Rules by John Medina. She enjoyed it.
bookbard
Has she come across Oliver Sacks yet? The one on music is wonderful. 2
Kareni
I'll suggest Quirkology: How We Discover the Big Truths in Small Things by Richard Wiseman ~ this generated some interesting dinner table conversation when I read it. Regards, Kareni
katilac
Radium Girls is a great book, non-fiction story about factory workers who painted watches with that glowing paint around WWI - lots of individual stories within the greater story. I think most people who enjoy psychology and anthropology would love it. Definitely one of the best books I have read in a long time.
