Am I alone today? (I see Melissa Louise posted at the same time.)

I walked about 3.5 miles this morning -- the luxury of time on a morning when I didn't need to do anything before noon -- and did my PT exercises. 

I need only another 2000-ish steps to top off my minimum for the day, but I also need to log at least another 1.5 miles towards the challenge. We'll have to see whether I can talk the dog into another walk or if I will be heading out on my own once I get dinner taken care of and the laundry underway.

For cardio today I tried a Fitness Marshall 30 minute routine after I saw it mentioned on another thread today. I think I got a good workout and it was enjoyable, but goodness I felt silly. I lack coordination. I don't think I would want to do that in front of my family. I then did a core focused pilates routine tonight.
