It is a fun game but I think would be way too easy, and the cartoon cats and mice would probably not be “cool” to that age. I have given it away here, with my youngest kids aged 11. Edit: my kids’ favorite, favorite part was getting to say “rat-a-tat-cat” — I doubt this would be cool for teens. Dd's friends all play it but with regular playing cards rather than the game itself. There are "advanced" rules that you can add to make it very challenging for people of all ages.
