Asimov fans

Isn't there a story/book of his where the main character travels to a planet where people started spacing out, in their own underground bunkers estates, and only interact with robots, not people. The entire idea of touching another human is completely taboo and disgusting. 

I can't for the life of me remember which book - but I keep thinking oof it now as we all self isolate.
