ghcostafamily
Hi! I want to get a rebounder/mini trampoline. Does anyone have any one brand they have used and like? I’m tying to decide between one with bands or bungees and one with springs. The top two brands are Bellicon and Needak. I want to lose weight, and am trying to do this because it’s easiwr on the joints.
Lizzie in Ma
I LOVE mine. It is absolutely silent. I chose a rebounder because of chronic neck pain. I am unable to perform most "regular" exercises because it hurts. This has been fantastic for me. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AWCVN0C/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=
Melissa in Australia
not what I thought the thread was going to be about at all.
CAJinBE
We have a Bellicon rebounder, the largest one with strong bungees. We started with the softest bungees because I have some joint issues. That was good for a couple years but recently we started hitting the floor so I upgraded the bungees so we can do a more energetic workout like jogging in place. I can still do a gentle bounce when I need to buy not letting my feet leave the mat. It's a good compromise for the whole family. It is a great break during the school day to bounce for a few minutes between "classes". It seemed pricey at first but has held up well. It's still in near perfect condition. There are a lot of videos online, too. There is an online calculator to help you choose which bungees to get based on your weight and what you want to do on it. I would recommend getting the largest diameter one you can fit in your space. With the largest one I can easily do jumping jacks and the larger surface area is flatter so less stress on the ankles and knees.
umsami
We bought ours from Costco. It's a JumpSport. It has bungees. We love it. All of the kids use it too. No issues whatsoever up to 250 pound jumpers. https://m.costco.com/JumpSport-350i-Fitness-Trampoline.product.11533454.html
6wildhorses
I also have the 350i Jumpsport. It's a great rebounder. It's quiet and has a nice bounce.
Runningmom80
I have this one for a few weeks and it’s been great. Obviously I can’t speak to how it will hold up! https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005IQS6P2?psc=1&ref=yo_pop_mb_pd_title I’d like a nicer one but it wasn’t in the budget. VaKim
We have had several Jumpsports and I currently have this one: https://smile.amazon.com/Leaps-ReBounds-Bungee-Rebounder-Home/dp/B073VYPGDQ/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1523888464&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=leaps+and+bounds+rebounder. We kept wearing out the bands on the Jumpsports, so I got something cheaper, which has actually been just as good. I will say that there is a world of difference between jumping on one of the cheaper spring rebounders vs one of the bungees. It is like going from jumping on concrete to jumping on air. I have tried out the Needak with springs, and it is comparable to the bungee rebounders. Just really expensive.
