foofoobunny
I found a few college courses, but does anyone know of any high school classes that focus primarily on Jane Austen or Charlotte Bronte?
SilverMoon
My DD took a couple on EdX once that she really enjoyed.
zaichiki
My dd has put together her own study of Jane Austen. Here's one of the resources she's using -- https://www.conted.ox.ac.uk/courses/jane-austen-online She has found some nice biographies and literary analysis type books at our local (tiny) library. Good luck!
Pistachio mom
I saw this on the Wilson Hill website. It is a summer course. We have no experience with this online school, I have just been looking at the website for ideas. http://www.wilsonhillacademy.com/academics/get-to-know-jane-austen/ You might also consider periodically checking the schoolhouse teachers website. Their classes sometimes fluctuate, these are usually self study courses. I don't see Austen, but I do see Dickens. https://schoolhouseteachers.com/browse-by-grade/high/high-school-language-arts/ Edited January 18, 2017 by Pistachio mom

historymatters
I found a Jane Austin summer book club course at The Potter's School: https://www.pottersschool.org/h?id=591691 Edited January 26, 2017 by historymatters
RootAnn
I don't remember for sure, but I think I saw a class that had a lot of Austin books listed at Memoria Press Online Academy. (I only remember because the other part of the class looked great, but so far none of my kids would want the Austin stuff. It seemed like a strange pairing.)
