What's the thing that pushes you over the edge/drives you crazy?

Lots of things bug me. I mean, lots. I mean, like whoa. So I try to keep a sensible perspective. If I'm reasonably sure it's a "me" thing, I keep it to myself. If it's a general thing - it needs to stop yesterday.

Right now, the teenager bugs me. Every time she's in a pissy mood it's all "I don't care" and "fine" and I'm all "I will legit throw you out a window if you say that again". "Do it, I don't care!"

ARGH.

(Thus far, no window throwing. It is way to cold to be opening windows. This is the only thing that's saving her.)

Edit: You know, if you read my posts you might get the impression that it's a violent free-for-all around here. It really isn't. In reality, I just send her to her room and then go get in some serious kitty snuggles. My cat is the sweetest, most wonderful creature in this house - and she doesn't speak, so yay.

I totally, totally feel you.  My 18 year old just went back to college on Fri (cross country, so first time he had been home since Aug).  He won't be back until May.

I don't miss him.  At all.

I'm in no hurry for May to get here.

I love him and all, blah blah blah....but my daily experience is just a more relaxed, positive one without him in the house.
