If you keep a lot of staples on hand, but have dietary restriction...

What do you keep?

 

We are peanut, tree nut, seed, lentil, wheat and dairy free.

 

I haven't kept a lot of staples on hand - other than safe flour, etc, in a long time. But now we have a very large pantry area, and I'd like to keep more on hand.

 

So - what's in your pantry?

We are soy and dairy free (plus some random fruits and veg).

 

Things that might work for you that I keep:

oils

vinegars

hot sauces

mustards

Worcestershire sauce

various rice (brown, jasmine, basmati)

quinoa

corn meal

oats

dried peppers

sea salt

kosher salt

sugars

cocoa powder (dark, regular)

molasses

honey

cornstarch

dried egg powder

dried fruits of all kinds

coffee beans

decaf and herbal teas

 

too many spices and herbs to list!

baking soda

baking powder

 

canned tomatoes
