HollyDay
I need to switch to using all non enriched flours. I do grind my own wheat, but occasionally, like to use unbleached all purpose for various recipes. I'm having trouble finding non enriched flours. Any suggestions?? MercyA
Gold Medal White Whole Wheat flour is not enriched. It's not as "white" as all-purpose flour, but is more so than regular whole wheat.
wapiti
Depends on what you mean by non-enriched. I use Blue Bird (this is amazon but it's a normal price at our local Kroger grocery). It has some enrichment but no folic acid, which is what we try to avoid. (Can't do whole wheat either, as my child reacts to the bran.) Lawana
Hodgson Mills and King Arthur both sell organic flour that is non-enriched. $$$
AmandaVT
I use King Arthur all purpose - it's non bleached and non bromated.

melbotoast
Also, you can order from daisy flour online, but it's pricy!
