Sending transcript after a move

Ds has one school that requires a high school transcript for his transfer application. We moved this summer, so the address is out of date. 

 

What is the protocol for this? Should I: 

 

A. Change the address of the school on the transcript since technically the "school" itself moved locations. 

 

or 

 

B. Leave the address the same as he finished high school at that address and explain the move in a short professional cover letter. 

 

 

I'm leaning toward B as I feel like I should not tamper with the finished product of his transcript. However, I thought I'd check to see what others might have done.
