Mom2legomaniacs
Lesson learned: Do not walk in front of the shopping cart that your ds is pushing. You will get nailed. On the achilles most tender spot above the heel. It will bruise immediately and cause pain so that you don't even make a sound. You will just whimper and stand on one leg for a long time. Then it start bleeding a bit and really throbbing. You wonder how in the world you are going to get the shopping done now much less drive the stick shift vehicle home since it was the clutch foot.:glare: Now the other foot is the one with the lovely looking fire ant lesions. This week, it does not bode well to be either of my feet.
newbie
LOL, I am sorry to laugh at your pain, but it was my first laugh of the day, we have played the "I cant do Science" game all day. Basically, I virtually feel your pain.
Mom2legomaniacs
Thanks. He really nailed me. Folks nearby turned at the noise and gasped. All I could do was whimper. It's going to be really pretty in a day or so. All is well now. I am sitting with both feet propped up on the ottoman. Soon, bedtime. newbie
Do your socks cover all your boo-boos, so people dont think your family beats you.
Mom2legomaniacs
LOL! They would make the ant bites itch even more. No socks until they stop itching. I put a pad bandage over them to keep my looser sandals from rubbing. Otherwise, nothing on them unless I have to. Sorry for those that have the misfortune of glimpsing them. But they need air and no covering. Plus, it's still hot here. Shorts and sandals weather still.
Mamagistra
Ouch! :grouphug: That would be enough for me to cancel school for the rest of the week. Fire ants: urgh! :glare:
Parrothead
I hope your feet get better soon. Is you ds at your beck and call?

He will have to serve me tomorrow if my foot is hurting. Or maybe regardless. Hmm, I like that idea.

Fire ants: urgh! :glare: Well, I don't do much these days. They are quite self sufficient. I'll just make them do the grunt work. Heehee.
