Dianne-TX
Do I have to save each one individually? I have thousands. Sigh.
hornblower
I was looking at this when I deactivated (not deleted) my fb recently. There's an option in fb to do a batch download but the quality of the photos goes down as they compress the files. That & other options are talked about in this articlehttp://www.softwarehow.com/download-facebook-albums-photos/
Rachel
What about having an album printed of them? I believe most places like Walgreens have a service like this although I have not tried it personally.

purplejackmama
Disclaimer: I'm not sure what I'm talking about or asking. Has anyone printed their pics from FB? I have heard the resolution isn't high enough? True?
Rachel
I know there is an option to download high resolution pictures, but that assumes they were uploaded with high resolution. My brother has specifically requested I upload high resolution pictures at different times when he has wanted to print one.
Rachel
Are you talking about pictures you uploaded to Facebook or pictures other people posted of you? If they are your pictures, do you have them saved elsewhere? Or are you trying to keep the comments too?
frogger
I left facebook awhile back. Closed my account and was prepared to never use it again. Then I found a local group who only shared via their facebook page and it was worth it to me to start an account. I wasn't going to friend a ton of people, just be part of the small local group. Guess who had saved all my info. Nothing had disappeared. I would have had to put in a fake name to start a new account. Deactivating all your stuff is saved & will be there when you return. Deleting means all your stuff is gone.
