We were encouraged to order 2 servings b/c we had a large party, but turns out one would have been enough. So the mussels were on the table during dinner and then home to the fridge. I am guessing maybe 2 hours, which wouldn't concern me with most food, but I'm a little more concerned about shellfish. Any risk? Quote
