We had mussels as an appetizer at Bonefish Grill last night. We were encouraged to order 2 servings b/c we had a large party, but turns out one would have been enough. So the mussels were on the table during dinner and then home to the fridge. I am guessing maybe 2 hours, which wouldn't concern me with most food, but I'm a little more concerned about shellfish. 

 

Any risk?

I wouldn't because I don't like mussels, but I wouldn't be afraid of them or anything. A couple hours on a restaurant table? Wouldn't concern me at all.

Ok. Gonna eat them. If I get sick, I'm blaming Sparkly, This is the Day and MEMama. And Regentrude will get to say, "I told you so."
