OnMyOwn
I'm going to make Alton Brown's recipe and it would be so much easier if I could do it today and then just stick it in the oven at my Mom's tomorrow. If I do that, will it work out as well? http://altonbrown.com/baked-macaroni-and-cheese-recipe/
myfunnybunch
Yes. I've done that with baked mac and cheese, and it turns out just fine. :)

kiana
I do this all the time. I do highly recommend making sure you cover it so the top doesn't get gross and dry.

OnMyOwn
It was delicious! My brother had three servings and he wasn't the only one. 😊 Now, my artisan bread in 5 minutes a day was awful. Not sure what I did wrong with that, but the macaroni was sooo good. 1GirlTwinBoys
I always do that for holidays to save time. I take mine out of the fridge about an hour before cooking and leave at room temperature.
