Erica in OR
I'd like to purchase a light to help deal with seasonal affective disorder types of difficulties, to finish out the season and use next year, etc. Any specific recommendations for a light to purchase? I've been looking through amazon, but there's so many. Erica in OR
whitestavern
I have a Happy Light brand light. I don't know as I have SAD necessarily, but I do have trouble in the winter not having as much sun exposure. I can't say I really feel a difference, though I use it for 30 min a day. That's probably not much help...

Ravin
We tried geocaching for the first time, and utterly failed to find it. But it got us outside! Edited February 20, 2016 by Ravin
Nan in Mass
We tried geocaching for the first time, and utterly failed to find it. But it got us outside! We have some family members using Ingress similarly. Nan
Erica in OR
Asked a local friend yesterday what type she uses, and she offered it to me to try—it's a Happy Light (5,000 lux), so we'll see how it goes. Sounds like it's a popular type. :) Erica in OR
TwoEdgedSword
We got the largest happy light for one of our kids and the smaller one for my parents. Daughter really likes it. I like going in the room when it is on too. Let us know what you think.
