Johanna
Any ideas? Is there a site online that i could do this....I mean, she would just light up if she saw her story in a hard bounded book! She wants to give everyone in the house a copy??? Thanks! forty-two
Lulu.com would be an option. I did a photo book for Christmas that turned out well.
threeturn
Blurb.com is another option. A friend did a photo book for his wife using the service and was very happy with the product.
Alice
I was going to post Blurb.com but I see someone already did. My parents did a photo book for me for Christmas last year and it's really nice. Very professional looking and amazingly inexpensive. Free Indeed
I am not sure about the sites online, but wanted to give you another option. In our Walmart they sell book kits. You buy the $20 kit, the child writes the story and does the illustrations. Then you mail it in to them and they send you a hardback bound copy that looks just like a real book. I am not sure how much the online options are, but this is just another option.
A.J. at J.A.
I've been very pleased with Blurb also...I made our "yearbook" hardbound and it looks fabulous! Angela
Ellie
If it has chapters, then it's a book :-) You can self-publish it. I did the page layout for a man who wrote his biography for his family; he just took the finished file to a printer who bound and printed it.
