City Mouse Posted November 14, 2015 Share Posted November 14, 2015 One concern that I have is that this "child" is 16yr old. He won't be a "child" much longer. Depending on the state he lives in, he could be considered an adult at 17 or 18 and go to adult jail for this kind of behavior, and the adult legal system often doesn't care if the person has a diagnosis or not.
