Problem is that they actually sent two full sets of level 3 instead of the one I ordered. I emailed and asked if they wanted me to ship the extra set back (I wasn't charged for it). Received a reply within mere minutes saying that a glitch on their end caused it to be packaged and shipped twice and that I should donate the extra set to my library or favorite math teacher. I can email Richard directly about any math question, typo in the book, the wisdom of homeschooling, and he always hears me out and gives me a prompt response.
