Horrifying mold experience

I am so grossed out and not sure what to do.

Today I was at my son's tennis club and looked in the lost and found. Behold, two lunch bags I had been missing. I brought them home. We ate dinner, I had a lot of dishes on the counter to clean. I opened the bags and each contained a storage contained - one plastic, one glass. I opened them both and thought, "Gross. And odd. He took black beans both days, and now they are all dried out."

I turned the wAter into them, and they exploded into clouds of mold. It wasn't black beans. It was mold. I feel like I breathed mold, got mold on dishes, counters, floors etc, and probably have mold in my hair and clothes.

Obviously I can wash the dishes counter, etc, take a shower, and wash my clothes. But I am wondering if there's are measures I should take. Can mold like that make us sick? Might it colonize? Our house is cooled by a/c and not moldy normally, so I guess it's not a perfect mold environment, but I am horrified and wish I could at least bleach my lungs.

Molds are everywhere. You're breathing them in all the time. If they are not colonising in your house (or lungs) now, I don't see why a small 'extra dose' would change that. We've certainly eaten moldy bread before with no ill effect (noticing mold on the second slice, for example).

It felt like a huge dose, lol. It's probably in my head I know there is mold in the environment (and my shower stall!) but for some reason, I was thinking that black dry mold inhaled was dangerous in a way that mold in grout would not be.
