TheRosySeven
Can anyone recommend a good Creation Science curriculum? I was looking into Ken Ham or Kent Hovin's stuff but I thought I'd ask here first. My kids are 8, 6, 5, and 1. But this is mostly for my 1st & 2nd grader.. Thanks! Slache
Christian Kids Explore Creation Science $40, 2 lessons a week. The same company makes Earth Science, Biology, Chemistry & Physics for middle/elementary school.
aprilsblessings
I'm looking at using Considering God's Creation with Galloping the Globe this coming year. I will be using it with a 3rd, 2nd, and kindergartner (and 3 1/2 yr old &1 1/2 yr old). I like that the student sheets are a pdf download so I will be able to print numerous copies for each of the kids. froggiemomof3
We will be using the Answers In Genesis God's Design for Science Curriculum this coming year. We tried Apologia and it was too much reading to keep my son interested(and he LOVES science), to dry. The AiG Science is very short lessons and each lesson is written at different levels depending on the grade of the child/children.
alisoncooks
I don't know if there is a difference b/t Creationist science and plain, ol' run-of-the-mill Christian science (LOL)... but 2 Christian companies that make thorough science texts are BJU and ACIS. We used ACIS in grade 1 (the text is a work text) and we quite enjoyed it...
