Excelsior! Academy
What the ....? Two may be related. One is definitely not. All have previously worked. Is this a do-it-yourselfer or a call to the home warranty? I want to avoid that at $100 a pop.
Jane in NC
What kind of bulb? Do you have a dimmer switch?
Excelsior! Academy
No dimmers. In fact, one is not connected to a switch at all. the only way to turn it on or off is to pull the chain. This is the one that is not related to the other two and I am thinking the chain may need to be replaced. The fans have 3 or 4 60 watt bulbs per fan. nukeswife
Or a wire connection may have come loose.
Jane in NC
And none of the bulbs are working? This is weird. My husband says there are separate circuits in each fixture for the lights and the fan. Yes to what nukeswife said. But what an odd coincidence!
justasque
Power surge blowing out the lightbulbs?
Mommyof4ks
If it is not the bulbs, then I would just buy new light kits and replace them myself. They are fairly easy, just be sure to turn off the power to the fan first. :)
Amy in NH
I had this problem with cheapo Walmart fans. The lightbulbs would blow out in only a couple of days (only used for an hour or two per evening). I couldn't find a light kit that would fit for a replacement, so I just bit the bullet and bought new fans a couple of weeks ago.
