Julie Smith
Does anyone have any free sites that have little videos for sign langauge? I had one years ago and now I cannot find it That's funny. I was just looking at one. Every few days my boys (or myself) pick out a new word to add to our vocabulary of words we know. http://www.aslpro.com/cgi-bin/aslpro/aslpro.cgi

Pamela H in Texas
Thanks Doodle :) I have had minimal skills forever (used it during a mission trip at 15, in junior high, as communication with my ds as a toddler and preschooler, etc); but now I want more. I've been using some free lessons (already mentioned) to get better. I really want to for a number of reasons. I think I may end up semi-dependent on it at some point though as I'm hearing less (though at this point, the hearing aids are enough). fhjmom
Lifeprint.com is my go-to recommendation for people that ask me about sign language resources. ASL-pro is okay, but has some issues. I am friends with two of the signers on that site and at lest one of them doesn't even really recommend it much.
somo_chickenlady
We have been using this one, and we like it. http://www.start-american-sign-language.com/free-sign-language-asl1.html
