She has AG dolls with all sorts of neat accessories, furniture clothes etc. I thought about a sewing machine but was strongly advised to wait until she's older. She has a birthday in October and I want to start thinking Christmas so I have time to shop around. She has tons of art supplies for she loves art projects, I was thinking a loom or pottery wheel. Mothersweets Posted August 30, 2012 Share Posted August 30, 2012 My 7yo received one of these glow stick flashlights as a prize and it has been her favorite thing for the past 3 months. It also has a whistle on one end (which I think my dd has forgotten about - yay!) and can glow red and blink off and on and has a lanyard so you can wear it around your neck. My dd LOVES it. My 5yo recently bought herself one (purple) and it was only around $3. Yeah, I know, it doesn't seem like much of a gift but maybe you could add it on to whatever else you get her? Ottakee Posted August 30, 2012 Share Posted August 30, 2012 Sclulpey Clay is WONDERFUL. It stays soft until you bake it but can be make into more intricate designs. There are lots of "tools" and molds, etc. to expand what you can make with it. Libraries often have books on projects to make with it.
